Bread Recipes - Including Bread Pudding!

BREAD PUDDING


2 cups Eggs
2 Egg Whites
1-1/2 cups Skim Milk
2 Tbsp Honey
1 tsp Vanilla
4 slices Raisin Bread
Nonstick Spray Coating

Spray an 8-inch round baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl,
beat eggs and egg whites until foamy. Beat in milk, honey and vanilla. Stir in bread cubes.
Pour into the prepared baking dish.

Bake in 325 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted near center comes out
clean. To serve, spoon warm pudding into dessert dishes. Makes approximately 6 servings.


Nutritional value: 128 calories, 7 g protein, 3 g fat, 93 mg cholesterol, 145 mg sodium, 188 mg potassium.
