Oriental Hot and Spicy Chicken

3 lbs. Chicken Thighs, skinless
3 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
2 Tbsp. Oriental Seasame Oil
1 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar
2 tsp. Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
1 Garlic Clove, crushed


1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2) Place chicken thighs in a 13x9x2-inch baking dish.

3) In a small saucepan mix butter, sesame oil, sesame seeds, vinegar, soy sauce, hot sauce mustard and garlic.

4) Cook over medium heat until butter melts and garlic is fragrant.

5) Brush half of butter mixture over chicken, coating completely. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and brush with remaining butter. Bake 20 minutes more until tender.
