Tater Tot Casserole

1	Tbsp.	Margarine or butter
1/4 Cup Green Pepper, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. Ore-Ida Frozen Onions, Chopped
4 tsp. Flour (all-purpose)
2-1/2 oz. (1) jar of mushrooms, sliced
3/4 cup milk
1-1/2 tsp. (1) tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
6 1/2 oz. (1) can Starkist Tuna, flaked, drained
1 cup Frozen peas, partially thawed *break apart*
2 cups Ore-Ida Tater Tots, frozen
Salt & Pepper

In a 8x1-1/2 inch round microwave-safe dish, combine first 2 ingredients. Cook, covered, on 100% power (high) 4 to 5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Stir in flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and a dash of ground pepper. Drain mushrooms; reserve liquid. Stir in reserved liquid, milk, Worchestersire sauce into casserole dish. cook, uncovered, on high 3 to 4 minutes or until thick and bubbly, after each minute. Stir in tuna, peas, and mushrooms. Arrange frozen Ore-Ida Tater Tots on top. Cook, uncovered on high 11 to 12 minutes, or until hearted through, giving dish half turn after 6 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 3 to 4.
